I have spent the last 5 years wading in the depths of the human experience, experiencing the darkest dark, and the lightest light.
As a Licensed Therapist for 11 years who created one of the most intensive Psychotherapies available, I know how to heal the Human or 3rd Dimensional experience.
On this intense Spiritual Awakening, I have come to know Spirituality, the 4th Dimensional Plane.
The next layer is 5th Dimension, Unity Consciousness, the Road to New Earth.
No matter your level of interest in transcendence, knowledge of these layers will assist you in navigating the World in a way that helps you succeed and greatly assists anyone who crosses your path.
Elements of the Expanded Human Experience
These elements are inextricably linked, but also exist on their own. Although not everyone may need to learn all 3, generally one will master aspects of a lower plane before ascending.
Whether your pain is expressed through relationships, chronic health problems, scarcity, addiction, mental health symptoms or any other element of the Human Experience I will teach you the tenets of connecting to yourself to release old patterns and live from an authentic and soul aligned place.
My approach is informed by Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hypnosis, Energy Healing, Inner Child & Shadow Work.

Relationship with Spirit requires cultivation, awareness and vulnerability. Learn to see the signs, hear and understand the messages so you may live from a place of Intuition and Flow instead of Human Fears.
My approach is informed by the Mind Body Connection & Holistic Healing, Ancestral Lineage Healing, the Twin Flame Journey, Principles of Reiki & Energy, Numerology, Astrology, Animism, Manifestation & Psychedelics.
Consciousness & The 5D
To shift our World into a Higher Frequency we come to understand the tenets of the Universe in order to wake up from, or at least witness the Dream that our “reality” consists of. Even if you have no idea what this means now, continuous upgrades in our Field will be urging you Higher in the next years, urging you to question who you really are and why you are here.
My approach is informed by Quantum Physics and the teachings and experiences of Unity Consciousness.
